Pumpkin Protein Bars!

What You'll Need:
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of splenda
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I use Blue Bonnet)
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 4 egg whites or 1/2 cup
  • 8 oz of pumpkin baby food
  • 4 oz of water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix together dry ingredients.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour into a 8x8 glass pan.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Whole-Wheat Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies!

What You'll Need:
  • 1 cup and 2 tbsp of whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of splenda
  • 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of water
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix flour, splenda, and baking powder.
3. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
4. Shape into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
5. Flatten with a fork.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Make-your-own yogurt!

What You'll Need:
  • 3/4 plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 ounce of almonds
  • 2 medium strawberries
You can use whatever fruit and nuts you'd like. This is just my favorite, and it's packed with healthy fats and protein!

Turkey Meatloaf Muffins


What You'll Need:
  • 2 lbs of extra lean ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup of egg whites
  • 1 cup of quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin
  • 1/2 of thyme
  • 2 tsp of mustard
  • 2 tsp of pepper
  • 2 tsp of chipotle pepper (Most important ingredient! But it's very hot, half the serving if needed!)
  • 2 tbs of garlic powder
  • 1 cup of chopped green bell pepper
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray muffin pan with non-sticking spray.
  3. Add dry ingredients into a large bowl, and mix together.
  4. Then add the mustard, egg whites, and turkey and mix together with your hands. It gets messy!
  5. Form into 12 balls and place in muffin pan. They should be about 3.7 oz each.
  6. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
